Terms of Trade Acceptance

By purchasing any product from pxlsrs.com, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Trade in their entirety.

1. Digital Product Delivery

Our products are delivered by Internet download only. After your purchase has been approved, we will process your order. Orders are typically processed automatically, but under special circumstances, they may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to complete.

Once processed, a confirmation email including your download link will be sent to the address provided. This email serves as your electronic purchase receipt. Downloads are monitored to ensure successful access. We allow a reasonable number of downloads, and we may terminate access if there is abuse. Downloads expire after 3 attempts or 14 days; please contact us via our contact form to recover expired links.

2. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads delivered over the Internet, we generally do not offer refunds.

  • Refund requests made after download are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

  • Requests must be made within thirty (30) days of the original purchase.

  • Some templates are designed to include only a single view, and they are explicitly advertised as such. Given the nature of digital products and the ability to preview templates prior to purchase, refunds will not be issued for unintended or mistaken purchases. As the user, you are responsible for reviewing the provided visuals and product descriptions before completing the purchase.

3. Trademark & Brand Disclaimer

Pixelsaurus is an independent design studio and is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer or brand name mentioned on this website (including but not limited to Toyota, Porsche, Nissan, Volkswagen, Ford, Chevrolet, etc.).

All product names, logos, brands, vehicle makes/models, and other trademarks featured or referred to within our website and products are the property of their respective trademark holders. Their use on pxlsrs.com is governed by the following:

  • Identification Only: Use of these names and marks is strictly for the purpose of identifying the specific vehicle model for which a template is designed.

  • Fair Use: These names and trademarks are used under a "Fair Use" policy for descriptive and compatibility purposes.

  • Third-Party Status: All digital products sold are to be treated as third-party accessories. Our templates are independent aftermarket design aids and are not official manufacturer merchandise.

4. Software Compatibility & Accuracy

All PXLSRS templates are created for use in Adobe Illustrator CS6 and newer. While many templates may function in CorelDRAW or other vector software, we cannot guarantee or support these platforms as some effects, layering, and styles are not compatible. We do not issue refunds for purchases intended for use with software other than Adobe Illustrator.

  • Alternative Formats: Upon request, we are happy to create files for use in other software, such as Adobe Photoshop (PSD). These requests are treated on a case-by-case basis and will be fulfilled where possible and within our technical capabilities.

  • Scale: All templates are provided at a 1:10 scale unless stated otherwise.

  • Accuracy & Verification: While we strive for the highest level of accuracy in our vector templates, they are intended as design guides. Users are encouraged to verify critical measurements against the physical vehicle before commencing production of high-cost items (such as vehicle wraps). Pixelsaurus is not liable for material costs incurred due to fitment variations.

5. Intellectual Property & License

All digital products, templates, and design assets are the intellectual property of Pixelsaurus Limited and are protected by copyright law. Purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product under the following terms:

  • You May: Use the templates to create derivative artwork, including posters, merchandise, apparel, client work, and commissioned pieces, provided the final product is not the template itself.

  • You May Not: Resell, share, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the original files, templates, or any unmodified parts of them. You may not claim ownership of the original design or upload files to any file-sharing site.

  • Written Permission: Any redistribution, resale, or commercial reuse of the original files outside the scope of this license requires explicit written permission from Pixelsaurus Limited.

6. Privacy & User Data

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information provided (name, email, and contact details) is used solely for the purposes of processing your order, providing support, and communication regarding your purchase.

  • No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or lease our customer lists to third parties.

  • Service Providers: To facilitate your order and maintain business records, data is securely shared with our essential service partners, including our e-commerce platform (BigCommerce), payment processors (Stripe/PayPal), and accounting software (Xero).

  • Permission: Your data will not be shared with outside parties without your explicit permission, except as required by law.

  1. This promotion is valid only for purchases made on eligible digital downloads.
  2. To qualify for the promotion, you must add at least 5 eligible digital downloads to your cart.
  3. This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
  4. The promotion is indefinite and subject to change without notice.
  5. The free download must be the same as, or of equal value to, the lowest-priced download in the cart.
  6. The digital downloads will be available for download immediately after purchase.
  7. By participating in this promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.
