Product Download
Our products are currently delivered by Internet download only. After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed automatically but under special circumstances could take as long as twenty four (24) hours to complete. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email including your download link using the email address you provided on our order form.
This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.
Downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our products. While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers.
Downloads expire after 3 attempts or 14 days (total) if you wish to re-download or recover your file, please get in touch via our contact form.
Refund Policy
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds.
Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.
By purchasing templates from our platform, you acknowledge that all templates are delivered in accordance with the visual representations provided during the purchasing process. The visual representations accurately depict all views contained in the templates as described.
Please be aware that some templates are designed to include only a single view, and such templates are explicitly advertised as such. Given the nature of digital products and the ability to preview templates prior to purchase, refunds will not be issued for unintended or mistaken purchases. It is your responsibility as the user to review the provided visuals and product descriptions before completing the purchase.
Corel and other vector editing software.
All PXLSRS templates are created in and for use in Adobe Illustrator CS6 and newer as stated in all product descriptions. While most templates will work ok in Corel and other vector editing software, we cannot guarantee nor support this software as some effects, layering and styles are not compatible. We will endeavour to assist working with you in a reasonable capacity to help the template functionally in software outside of Adobe Illustrator. As stated in our refund policy, any templates purchased with the intention to be used in in software outside of Adobe Illustrator cannot be refunded as outlined in our refund policy.
